At Silver Sage Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

 

Returns & Store Credit

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, etc.)
  • Intimates or undergarments
  • Any items marked “final sale”

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for store credit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@silversageboutiquellc.com.
  • Include your order number and photos so we can make it right quickly.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
