Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Supply chain issues
  • High demand periods

Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Silver Sage Boutique! Please note that any item marked as pre-order is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.

Estimated shipping times for pre-order items are typically 2-4 weeks, but delays can occur due to manufacturer or shipping issues that are outside of our control. We will always do our best to keep you updated on any changes.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been placed.

If you purchase a preorder or presale item:

  • These items are not in stock at the time of purchase
  • Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items are available

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are a flat rate of $9.95. You will receive free shipping on orders over $75.00.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Silver Sage Boutique LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Silver Sage Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
